Thasami Park Residency has multiple corporation drinking water connections, multiple bore wells for pumping hard water round the clock for other use, a high capacity Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Treatment Plan that can purify and provide drinking quality water.

 

Power Backup

Thasami Park Residency is equipped with 2 generators to provide power to the common utilities as well as the houses when there are EB power outages.

 

Security

The association has engaged a professional security services company to provide 24x7 security to the entire facility. The security arrangement comprises of a team of able and well trained security guards supervised by a security officer. The facility is surrounded by tall compound walls with protective barbed wires and also houses other alarms / security devices to ensure that the community is well protected against burglary and other threats.

There is enough grass and trees within the community that is well maintained which is pleasing to see.
