History

Thasmi Park Residency is a gated community that is in existence for over 8 years now. The Thasami Park Residency Welfare Association was formed in 2011 to take control of management of the entire facility.

Constitution

The Welfare Association consist of all owners as its members, an executive committee comprising of several members with a President, Secretary, Vice President, Joint Secretary and Treasurer.

Purpose

The purpose of the association is to take care of the upkeep of the facility, ensure that the assets are maintained well, the inmates requests are looked into and the feasible ones are addressed quickly and to further develop the facilities available within the community.
